This machine tool is suitable for the grinding of small and medium-sized parts. The grinding machine mainly uses the circumference of the grinding wheel to grind the workpiece plane. Due to the use of the circumference of the grinding wheel to grind, the workpiece surface can achieve higher accuracy and lower roughness value.
The machine can also use the end face of the grinding wheel to grind the vertical plane of the workpiece. According to the shape and size of the workpiece, it can be adsorbed on the electromagnetic chuck or directly fixed on the workbench surface, and other fixtures can also be used to clamp the grinding.
The machine can grind workpieces made of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and other materials.

Strcuture and Feature

Layout

This machine tool adopts a T-shaped layout. The grinding head moves up and down along the guide rail of the column (Y-axis), the column moves forward and backward along the guide rail at the rear of the bed (Z-axis), and the worktable moves left and right along the guide rail of the bed (X-axis). Compared with the traditional M71 series grinding machine with the grinding head moving forward and backward, it avoids the phenomenon of the ground plane being lower at the front and higher at the back, achieving higher precision and more stable operation.
Column Movement mode

The machine tool adopts a column movement mode, featuring high processing efficiency and high precision retention. The X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis all adopt a hard rail structure. The X-axis and Z-axis are flat V-type guideways, and the worktable guideway and the transverse slide guideway are coated with polytetrafluoroethylene guide rail belts and have been precisely scraped by hand. The Y-axis is a steel-inlaid rectangular guideway, and the steel guideway undergoes high-frequency quenching treatment, with a high surface hardness and long service life. The three axes have the characteristics of high rigidity and high stability. The lubrication of the three-axis guideways and the linear feed axis transmission mechanism is provided by an independent lubrication pump station for continuous forced oil lubrication.

All the main castings of the machine tool are made of high-quality, high-grade gray cast iron materials. The moving parts have been optimized and designed through finite element analysis, ensuring both high strength and high rigidity of the moving parts, while also possessing excellent motion response characteristics. This enables the machine tool to maintain high processing accuracy and stability during operation.
