Horizontal Grinding Head
The spindle axis of the horizontal grinding head is installed parallel to the worktable. It is driven by a
large-power AC asynchronous motor through a multi-ribbed belt to rotate the grinding wheel spindle
Worktable Vertical Movement
Longitudinal movement of the workbench (X-axis), the workbench is driven by an oil cylinder. The
forward and backward reversing is achieved by proximity switches for signal transmission, and is switched by a dedicated electro-hydraulic valve. The reversing is smooth and reliable. The movement speed of the workbench is adjusted by a manual speed control valve for stepless speed regulation, which is convenient to operate. The hydraulic system adopts an independent hydraulic station and is equipped with a cooling device.
 Grinding Head Horizontal Movement
Horizontal movement of the grinding head (Y-axis): The Y-axis movement is accomplished by an AC
servo motor driving a ball screw. It can realize functions such as fixed-distance positioning, intermittent feed, micro-feed, and stepless speed regulation. Manual operation is also achieved through an electronic handwheel.
Grinding Head Vertical Movement
Horizontal grinding head vertical movement (Z-axis), the vertical movement is accomplished by an
AC servo motor driving a ball screw. It can realize functions such as vertical fixed distance movement, intermittent feed, micro-feed, and stepless speed regulation. It is also equipped with an electronic handwheel for manual operation.
Grinding control System
The automatic grinding control system is realized by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) in conjunction with a 10-inch high-resolution color touch screen. The touch screen is equipped with a menu-style control interface meticulously designed by electrical engineers. Operators can conveniently set various grinding parameters, automatic spacing, and automatic grinding cycles. The system is rich in functions and easy to operate. It also continuously monitors the operating status of the machine tool. In case of abnormal working conditions, prompt and alarm messages will pop up, allowing full control over the machine tool's operation status.
