(1) X axis: The bed is made of integral mineral casting material. X axis is the radial feed movement of grinding wheel, driven by linear motor, supported by linear guide rail, and fully closed-loop control by linear grating ruler, with fast dynamic response and high positioning accuracy.
(2) Y axis: The grinding wheel along the workpiece tangential displacement axis, using linear guide rail, ball screw, servo motor directly driven. The linear grating is used to achieve full closed-loop control, ensuring the precision of grinding wheel dressing and grinding position.
(3) Z axis: workpiece axial tool shaft, driven by linear motor, supported by linear guide rail, using linear grating ruler to achieve full closed-loop control, fast dynamic response, high positioning accuracy.
(4) A-axis: the rotating axis of the grinding wheel frame, the servo motor is used to drive the A-axis through the worm gear pair for rotary movement, the disc spring is tightened, and the hydraulic pressure is relaxed.
(5) S axis: grinding wheel rotation axis, using high-speed electric spindle direct drive, HSK-A63 tool handle interface, to achieve different specifications of grinding wheel quick replacement.
(6) C axis: The selection of high-precision angular contact ball bearing bearing, torque motor directly driven, and through high-precision circular grating to achieve full closed-loop control.
(7) Tail frame: the motor drives the tail frame drag plate through the gear/rack pair, the linear guide guide is selected, and the position adjustment is convenient.
