and manual scraping to best guarantee stability and movement.

● Wheel spindle and work spindle are made of high quality alloy steel through carburizing and hardening process and then precision grinding .

● Bearings supporting ball screws, work head spindle and wheel spindle are imported brand with high precision.

● High precision ball screws are adopted for X and Z;

● High precision linear guides are used for table and wheel stock rails;

● Wheel spindle rotation is driven by built-in permanent synchronous motor; water cooler provided for the motor temperature cooling down;
