The main performance and application of the machine G500CNC is a 6-axis CNC and 4-axis linkage CNC gear hobbing machine. The 6 CNC axes are: A - hob bracket angle rotation, B - hob spindle rotation, C - worktable rotation, X - radial feed motion, Y - tangential feed movement, Z - axial feed movement; X, Z, B, C 4-axis linkage. Each CNC motion axis of the machine tool is driven by an independent AC motor, and the "electronic gearbox (EGB)" is used to realize the indexing motion, and the differential compensation is completed to process various tooth parts by the generating method.

A axis

A-axis: Adopt AC servo motor auto control, the rotation angle of the tool holder is directly and automatically set by the CNC system, and is equipped with a feedback loop, so that the tool holder can be accurately positioned at the required angle. The clamping and unclamping of the tool holder are automatically completed.After inputting the processing helix angle parameters on the system screen, the entire adjustment process does not require manual operation.

B axis

Adopt high-power servo motor to drive the spindle through a high precision gear pair transmission device. The gear pair increases the output cutting force of the spindle, equipped with a cooling and lubrication integrated device, and is equipped with the automatic monitoring and alarm device of the spindle load

C axis

It adopts high-precision direct drive motor with full closed-loop direct drive to achieve gapless transmission of the worktable, achieving high precision and high reliability.

X axis

It adopts AC servo motor through preloaded precision ball screw pair and high rigidity box way for transmission, and the screw rod support shaft adopts high precision and high rigidity combined bearings.

Y axis

The AC servo motor is used to drive through the precision ball screw pair with preload to realize the axial shifting of the hob, to ensure the uniform wear of the tool and to improve the life of the tool, and to reduce the overall cost of use.

A axis
