CLS-20 CNC lathe is a two-axis linkage, semi-closed loop CNC lathe produced by our company. The host bed adopts integral casting forming, the bed guide rail ladder layout, the structure is 45° tilt for chip discharge, with high rigidity, and the control system adopts FANUC 0I-TF PLUS and AC servo drive system. Can be within φ260mm of the shaft parts and within φ300mm of the disk parts for various turning processing.

4. MACHINE FEATURES

HIGH RIGIDITY STRUCTURE DESIGN

Because the bed adopts integral casting forming, bed guide rail 45° tilt layout, has a large bearing section, therefore, has good rigidity and shock absorption, can ensure high precision cutting.

HIGH EFFICIENCY AND LOW NOISE

The main drive system of the machine adopts AC servo motor, with high efficiency parallel V-belt directly drive the spindle. Noise problems caused by gearbox transmission chains are avoided.

MAIN SPINDLE WITH HIGH SPEED AND RIGIDITY

The front and rear ends of the spindle adopt NSK precision high-speed spindle bearing group, and apply appropriate preload, with the best span support and box-type spindle box, so that the spindle has high rigidity and high-speed operation ability.
