1. DESCRIPTION

1. This series of products adopt modular design, optional function.  The products are mature and reliable.
2. The right tool rest is NC tool rest, and the left tool rest is common tool rest.
3. The CNC system is Siemens 802DSL (user can specify other system).

5.The working table adopts four-gear machinery + high power DC motor stepless speed regulation (ac frequency conversion is optional), realizing large torque rotation, with constant line speed turning ability.

Table par is consisting of the workbench, table base, spindle components and transmission components.
Workbench and workbench base respectively for the overall casting structure, the use of high strength and low stress cast iron, grade HT250 aging treatment has sufficient rigidity, strength and stability. Workbench bearings using high precision NN30 series double row short cylindrical roller bearings, by adjusting the radial clearance to ensure high precision rotary table, and a high working life. Workbench guide rail for constant current hydrostatic guide, to ensure long-term stable work bench.
 BEAM STRUCTURE:
By the beams, horizontal feed transmission structure, clamping mechanism and hydraulic device and other components.Beam using high strength and low stress cast iron, aging treatment, structural stability is not deformed, the guide after IF quenching, with sufficient rigidity, strength, to ensure the accuracy of the machine. The top of the guide rail is equipped with a weight-reducing and unloading device, which reduces the resistance of the tool holder during movement. The contact surface of the beam and the column guide rail is glued with PTFE wear-resistant guide rail soft belt, which has a small coefficient of friction and greatly prolongs the service life of the machine tool. The machine tool is controlled by Fanuc 0i-TF numerical control system, and the DVT tool rest is controlled by PLC. The system control elements and motor drive units are installed in the independent distribution cabinet, and all the operating elements are centrally installed in the floor cabinet type button station.  The operation control part is concentrated on the independent floor operation platform, the CNC tool rest and the DVT tool rest are equipped with hand-held units respectively, the operation is simple, convenient and flexible.
