     5.Structure Feature

    A. Good circulation path design. On the basis of improving the circulation path of crude oil structure, the circulation cooling system is redesigned. High pressure in – high pressure out circulation mode, circulation is smooth, can easily solve the problem of cavitation caused by easy vaporization medium, to ensure the performance of the pump.

    B. Unique axial force self-balancing device. In the pump type with impeller diameter greater than 250mm, a static balance plate is provided between the impeller hub and the support plate. The device can automatically balance the axial force by complementary radial and axial clearance.

    C. Perfect flexible connection structure. The sliding bearing and the thrust plate are respectively of an inlaid structure. The radial part is fixedly connected by a waveform gasket, and the axial part is provided with a cushion gasket. The radial positioning between the shaft sleeve and the pump shaft uses the waveform gasket, which eliminates the gap between the shaft sleeve and the pump shaft. And because the waveform gasket has a certain elasticity, it can relieve the extrusion of the pump shaft during the thermal expansion, and plays a role in protecting the shaft sleeve.

    D. Convenient internal magnetic rotor assembly and disassembly mode. When the impeller diameter is greater than or equal to 250mm, an auxiliary impeller is provided. The auxiliary impeller is fixed on the inner magnetic rotor seat by screws. The internal magnetic rotor can be assembled and disassembled from both ends, which is more conducive to assembly and maintenance.

    E. Smooth arc bottom isolation sleeve. The stamped circular arc isolation sleeve head increases the rigidity of the pressure vessel, alleviates the stress concentration at the root of the isolation sleeve, and prevents the root of the isolation sleeve from leaking.
